About This Program

Restoring Dignity Through Safe Housing

Non-Profit Construction Corporation (NPCC) (CSLB #1125441) provides construction services to redistribute funds back into the community through charitable home repair services to community members in need across the Northern California region.

Whether the repairs are for one of our elders who are comfortably aging in their own home but have lost the ability to keep up with home maintenance, or a young family wanting to purchase a home that is in need of repairs — we assist all low and moderate income demographics in getting these repairs done.

We also work with rehabilitation lenders to connect qualifying homeowners with the right financing pathways across the Northern California region.

  • Structural, electrical, and plumbing repairs
  • Health and safety hazard remediation
  • Rehab loans through certified lenders
  • Veteran Home Improvement Program (VHIP)
  • Serving the Northern California region

VHIP

We offer free home repair and home rehabilitation services to Veterans through the VHIP program. We also encourage veteran participation in local Veteran Service Organizations through the VHIP program network.

All of these opportunities provided in NPCC programs are an effort at offsetting homelessness, gentrification, and providing families and individuals an equitable chance at generational wealth, happiness, and homeownership.

Veterans receive free services. No income qualification required for VHIP — if you are a veteran in need of home repairs, contact us today.
