At Non-profit Construction Corporation, we offer a wide range of services that can be provided to the general public such as general contractor services that help fund all our services of home rehabilitation and construction costs.
We understand the needs of our regional housing element goals and aligning specific programs to regionally specific goals of each county in order to efficiently serve each participating jurisdiction. Non-profit Construction Corporation (NPC) provides services to the general public and assists veterans, disabled individuals, seniors and families of modest to very low incomes. We work with low and moderate income families and individuals establishing a pathway to homeownership and HUD certified housing counseling agencies.

Single-Family Home Ownership
Non-profit Construction Corporation (NPC) works with many community partners in order to provide low and moderate income families and individuals the opportunity of home ownership and ending generational cycles of poverty. With the assistance of participating jurisdictions, community stakeholders, low interest lenders and products as well as other forms of community partnership we are able to leverage home ownership opportunities for program participants.
Non-profit Construction Corporation provides home purchase guidance, third party HUD housing counseling services, rehabilitation home purchases and new construction development.
New construction products can be utilized in-tandem with the SMHO program. We strive to subsidize the development costs for low and moderate income families and individuals in order to make homeownership more affordable through our partnerships.
Families Helping Families Opportunity Program
Our Families Helping Families Opportunity Program provides two families the ability to end cycles of renting and provide a pathway for individuals and families to partner in home ownership opportunity. Poverty and gentrification are significantly linked together, in partnership participants are able to reduce the cost of living for both participant families or individuals and set shared cost and equity agreements. The FHF program truly gives low and moderate income demographics the ability to afford to the cost of living and homeownership.
Subsidized Manufactured Housing Opportunity
The SMHO program provides brand new manufactured homes to low and moderate income levels at affordable cost fully subsidized below factory suggested values. Manufactured home distributors provide suggested fair market value cost of homes to the MH dealers, and then the dealers market the homes at or above suggested retail costs.
Non-profit Construction Corporation has stepped in to provide these factory built homes to consumers at purchase cost with no retail mark ups. This NPC initiative fully subsidizes the fair market value of the home back to the original manufactured cost substantially lowering home costs by as much as $90,000.00. Non-profit Construction Corporation believes every family deserves safe and decent housing, no matter what the chosen building method is.
Loan Assistance
We work with low interest and certified lenders to establish meaningful home ownership pathways.
Home Rehabilitation
Home rehabilitation projects are as well a specialized service Non-profit Construction Corporation provides.
General Home Rehabilitation
We can perform critical repairs needed to rehabilitate a home.
Public Guardian Critical Repairs
We offer Public Guardian home rehabilitation assistance for families and relatives to be released from health care services after critical home repairs/upgrades have been made.
