Non-profit Construction Corporation (NPC) provides services to the general public and assists veterans, disabled individuals, seniors and families of modest to very low incomes. We work with low and moderate income families and individuals establishing a pathway to homeownership and HUD certified housing counseling agencies.

Families Helping Families Opportunity Program
Our Families Helping Families Opportunity Program provides two families the ability to end  cycles of renting and provide a pathway for individuals and families to partner in home ownership opportunity. Poverty and gentrification are significantly linked together, in partnership participants are able to reduce the cost of living for both participant families or individuals and set shared cost and equity agreements. The FHF program truly gives low and moderate income demographics the ability to afford to the cost of living and homeownership.

Subsidized Manufactured Housing Opportunity
The SMHO program provides brand new manufactured homes to low and moderate income levels at affordable cost fully subsidized below factory suggested values. Manufactured home distributors provide suggested fair market value cost of homes to the MH dealers, and then the dealers market the homes at or above suggested retail costs.

Non-profit Construction Corporation has stepped in to provide these factory built homes to consumers at purchase cost with no retail mark ups. This NPC initiative fully subsidizes the fair market value of the home back to the original manufactured cost substantially lowering home costs by as much as $90,000.00. Non-profit Construction Corporation believes every family deserves safe and decent housing, no matter what the chosen building method is.
