Non-profit Construction Corporation (NPC) understands the complex difficulties facing low and moderate income families. NPC develops relationships and partnerships with support and assistance organizations that have blazed the trail yet never lost the passion for successful families seeking achievements of stability. NPC works united with other organizations to generate growth and prosperity both professionally and personally for communities. The organization funds their mission of home rehabilitation and home ownership through donations and by providing general contracting services to the general public as well as state and local agencies.

Caleb Armstrong – CEO/President
Having been raised in the community El Dorado County, where NPC currently operates, President and CEO Caleb Armstrong has a natural relationship with the community and familiar face that many members of the community trust and support. Although being born into rural homelessness and stigmas of rural poverty, Caleb has demonstrated his ability and capacity to overcome these challenges and promotes generational wealth through his own success in his endeavors. Demonstrating knowledge in overcoming gentrification and lived experience as well as the challenges many community members face. Caleb has a deep belief in one word that has the ability to change every life, and that is “Opportunity.”
Nicholi Siracusa – Vice President/Responsible Managing Officer
Accomplished General Contractor with extensive, long-term experience – gained valuable knowledge from positions that included RME, superintendent, foreman, project manager and business owner. Certifiable reputation for completing projects in a timely manner and within budget – personally managed and scheduled all man power, equipment and materials needed as well as supervised the job site daily. Exceptional record of managing projects safely and timely with experience in permit processing, project safety, and quality assurance.
Teresa Bonetti – CFO/Treasurer
As the CFO and Treasurer of a non-profit construction company, Teresa oversees financial strategy and operations to ensure fiscal health and compliance with regulations. She manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while also securing funding and resources. Additionally, she provides strategic guidance to align financial goals with the organization’s mission and support project financing initiatives.
Paige Super – Director
Experienced in oversight and management of HUD compliance for Special Programs including Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), Veterans Administration Supportive Housing, (VASH), Non-Elderly Disabled (NED), Single Room Occupancy (SRO), Family Reunification Program (FUP), Foster Youth to Independence (FYI), Section 8 Management Assessment Compliance, Annual Auditing, Family Self Sufficiency, Resident Initiatives Committee, and Community Development.
John Siracusa – Director
John Siracusa has a long running reputation of experience and integrity in the construction field. John has extensive knowledge of all construction phases and history of diversified projects since 1974. In 1985, he founded JDS Builders Group and expanded his educational background in architectural drafting, estimating, construction law and meticulous skills. JDS became a competitive and dependable business, garnering respect and a superior reputation. From 1992 to 1997 he was a Project Manager and General Contractor for a large construction company in Northern California.
As a non-profit initiative and employer every member of Non-profit Construction Corporation can identify in having a successful career, a skilled trade and contributing to a non-profit construction organization that is building homes at an affordable cost to consumers and doing something to support their community. Non-Profit Construction Corporation is a licensed General B contractor (CSLB #1125441) that provides construction and building goods and services to fund much-needed charitable services.
