California Housing and Equity Accelerator program

Non-profit Construction Corporation has worked tirelessly to help address our housing needs across the board….

Disaster recovery and rebuilding, hardship homes, Accessory Dwelling Units and Single-family home ownership. We are proving it can be done, the proof in the pudding so to speak but with a grass roots effort all the while. That is why we need your participation!

Many local governments and rural communities lack the implementation of upward mobility and wealth building in many low and moderate income communities.  These are considered low resource areas and we want to provide a crucial program that collects the data to prove the CHEA program is vital to economic mobility and advancements in housing models throughout California.

But we need the data first before the program can be funded indefinitely in a community.  For community participation in the program for families interested in order have considered factory built housing these participants will recieve subsidized costs far below market value for providing the data from their project such as appraisal reports, surveys conveying what county programs were available and if they were approved. This helps us gage if a local government is actually providing assistance and if the program is viable in those communities. These are the first steps in knowing if our program is a good fit for a community.

We are proud to be providing the curriculum, expertise and experience from our organization to local governments to help increase economic mobility, contribute to  RHNA housing goals and constructive conversations on how countys can creatively make a long term impact at the same time as meeting state mandates.

Please, take a look at the CHEA power point and it’s goals!
