Non-profit Construction Corporation EIN 99-1958124 CSLB #1125441 is posting an RFQ for Statements of Qualifications for General Construction and  Specialized Class C  licenses in Greater Sacramento Area.  This RFQ is being posted in order to compile a qualified vendors list for Disaster Recovery Services regardless of Federal designations.

Northern California communities are devastated every year by wildfires. Communities are facing insurance cancelations, rising costs and FEMA Disaster response continues to deny small communities Federal Individual assistance. 

NPC is a public benefit 501c3 organization proving home rehabilitation services disaster recovery rebuilding services, community facility development and rebuilding services as well as affordable housing pathways.

As a public benefit corporation and registered vendor Non-profit Construction Corporation provides many services and can be dispatched or reserved by local governments to deploy and address community needs such as home rebuilding services , mobile emergency  bridge housing camps and more.

These services are dependent on contracts established with local governments through the Request For Proposal contract agreement with Non-profit Construction Corporation.
