NPC 2024 – 2025 ANNUAL REPORT “Where the dollars went”

NPC 2024–2025 Public Annual Report
Non‑Profit Construction Corporation (NPC)
Fiscal Year: October 30, 2024 – October 30, 2025

Letter From Leadership

This year, NPC continued its mission of rebuilding homes, restoring stability, and expanding access to safe, affordable housing for families impacted by wildfire and disaster. Our team of six staff, supported by skilled contractors and volunteers, delivered high‑impact construction, home rehabilitation, and homeownership‑support services across rural California communities.

NPC was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves a safe, stable home — whether through rebuilding, rehabilitation, or a pathway to homeownership. In 2024–2025, we lived that mission every day.

We are proud to report that 100% of all donations received this year went directly to charitable work for those in need. Every contributed dollar supported survivors, low‑income families, and vulnerable households on their path to safe and stable housing.
