Non-profit Construction Corporation is Department of Industrial Relations certified (DIR) which is a requirement for Public works projects and all Public Works projects have are Prevailing Wage and certified payroll requirements.  * This is a substantial opportunity for individuals participating in the Welfare to Work program offered through local Health and Human Services Agencies.
