• Training provides previously unemployed individuals in low resource areas meaningful skills in various builder trades
• Fosters good work ethic, self-esteem and self sufficiency, and verifiable employment which is major step needed for homeownership
• Assists employees in personal growth and achievement such as personal vehicle purchases, credit score improvement and ending a cycle of poverty
• Provides employees a sense of pride and investment into their community through charitable programs the organization provides to veterans and low-income demographics
• Gives our community a pathway to not only get a crucial building project finished, but as well see their project become a reinvestment tool to empower our organization to provide free charitable construction services to low-income members and seniors in our community all-the-while providing on-the-job training to our youth and under invested community members
• Opportunities for Prevailing Wage compensation ! Non-profit Construction Corporation is Department of Industrial Relations certified (DIR) which is a requirement for Public works projects and all Public Works projects have are Prevailing Wage and certified payroll requirements.  * This is a substantial opportunity for individuals participating in the Welfare to Work program offered through local Health and Human Services Agencies.
