Non-profit Construction Corporation strives to provide as much opportunity to our families as possible. Today 04-24-2025 we embarked on our journey of providing factory built housing to facilitate homeownership pathways. Fire hardened, heat resistance and wildland urban interfaced homes provide resiliency in rural communities and often are much lower cost to insure in high risk areas. 

We are proud to be breaking down barriers of affordable Single-family homeownership policies by taking actions needed and being the work around organization to provide true cost of savings to families in our communities.  Currently every single home loan in America requires families to go through for profit licensed retailers. We are stepping in with our experience in this field and are removing the barriers families face when having to utilize for profit retailers in urban, rural and disaster stricken communities. 

El Dorado County,  and all communities truly deserve better in transparency and disaster reform. Often our communities are forced to rebuild and know no better than to go with who.is recommended or who may seem like a god send in a time of need. But many families are taken advantage of by these tactics and this is something we simply will not stand for in our communities. Remember to reach out for advice, get more than or at least three bids, reference license numbers and check insurance policies when working with any contractor following a disaster.
